The worst enemy of suede shoes is, WATER. It can stained suede easily and the colors of the suede make the shoes worthless.
(So, kalau hujan prepare la selipar ye..hehe..and i think whatever kind of shoe fabrics pun x elok kene hujan. Phua Chu Kang shoes is exceptional :p )
To protect your suede, you can buy suede protector sprays. Apply it on, and leave it to dry overnight. DO NOT USE hairdryer, radiator ok! NO..NO..NO..it will cause damage.
Using suitable brush which made from Brass or Steel. Brush carefully.
Suede shoes maybe a bit high maintenance, but they are also stylish and never go out of fashion.
